Peanut & Almond Butter Energy Balls.

Energy Balls are the perfect, quick, healthy snack that you can always bring with you anywhere. The beauty of this recipe is that you make it your own! There is no strict list of ingredients- there are SO many variations.

So here you go. We made a little video showing you one variation of the many variations possible!

 

Peanut & Almond Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients: 
2 cups oats
dates
coconut flakes
sesame seeds
1/4 almond butter
1/4 pb butter
1/3 honey
1 tsp salt
vanilla dark chocolate chunks/chips
Directions:
Add all into your blender & pulse until desired consistency!

***Other options/variations
unsweetened coconut
sesame seeds
candied ginger chunks
cacao nibs
pumpkin seeds
flax seeds
protein powder
mashed up banana – keep in freezer
spices- nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, allspice,ginger
other nuts- walnut, pecans, pistachios, cashews
dried fruit- raisins, crasins, papaya, mango…
grated orange peel. lemon peel
essential oils
sweeteners– dates, pure maple syrup, honey, agave, stevia, xylitol, coconut sugar…
nut butters– PB, almond, cashew…
